The Russian has deceived the American intelligence service for 100 thousand dollars and has disappea

After several months of negotiations, American intelligence paid a certain Russian 100 thousand dollars to return the "cyber weapons" stolen from the National Security Agency (NSA) and compromising evidence on President Donald Trump. This is reported by The New York Times referring to its own sources. According to the publication, the Russian worked through an intermediary: the negotiations took place on the territory of Germany. In the autumn of last year, he was given money. However, instead of the promised documents, they received, in the words of the newspaper, "untested and possibly fabricated" information about Trump, and he did not provide the promised "cyber weapon". Intelligence officers refused information and stopped cooperation with the Russian. There was no official comment on this from the NSA. In mid-January, 2018, the hacker group The Shadow Brokers posted a part of the hacking tools belonging to the staff of the NSA unit. According to the members of the group, there were no buyers for valuable information, so they decided to share them for free.
