Truck accidents in India: nine victims

In the accident involving a truck in the north of India, at least nine people were killed. Another seven were injured, reports New Indian Express with reference to the police.

The incident occurred on Saturday morning near the city of Shahjahanpur in the state of Uttar Pradesh in the north of India. The victims were sent to the nearest hospital.

According to the preliminary version of the police, the truck driver failed to manage due to speeding.

Earlier in India, in the central state of Madhya Pradesh, as a result of the fall from the mini-truck bridge, at least 21 people were killed and 30 were injured.
