"Based on the register of people residing in the fallen building, firemen are now working on the information on 45 missing persons," the TV channel reported.

It is noted that the location of these people is not yet established, but this does not mean that they are all under rubble.

According to preliminary data, the cause of the fire could be a quarrel between a married couple who cooked food on fire and used alcohol as a fuel. The woman pushed her husband when he poured alcohol into the fire, as a result of which the clothes of both of them caught fire. The guilty of the fire was saved - they took off their burning clothes and ran out of the building.

Recall, on the night of Tuesday, May 1, in São Paulo caught fire and later collapsed building. The fire spread to the nearby high-rise, but the firemen took it under control, without letting it spread. Earlier it was reported about the death of one person, the number of missing persons was estimated at three people.
