In the US state of Washington, an unknown person opened fire on cars that were moving along the motorway near the Sea-Tac airport. At least four cars received gunshot holes. On Thursday, June 14, KOMO News reports.

It is noted that, during the incident, no one was hurt. The attacker managed to escape from the scene of the crime.

"Four cars were hit by bullets from firearms near the Sea-Tac airport in Washington State," the report said.

The report shows parts of cars, punched in bullets, including doors, a body, broken glass and in some cases a damaged interior. All cars were amazed from the side where the driver's seat is located.

The police confirmed that none of the people in the shelled cars or next to them were hurt, but the shooter himself is still at large. The incident occurred around 13:30 local time in the SR-509 highway area. According to investigators, judging by the trajectory of the bullets, the fire was fired from the highway side, but from a stationary point, not from a car that could move.

Law enforcers qualified the case as "an incident with active shooting in a public place". In this case, the police assume that the bombardment was conducted for random purposes.

For the duration of the investigation, the section of the SR-509 motorway and the neighboring street are blocked in both directions.
